MY STORY

Fitness has been a lifelong passion for me. After graduating Temple University with a B.S. in exercise science, I have dedicated my life to improving lives through exercise. I have done this by working as a certified Personal Trainer in the Montgomery County area since 2013, guiding my clients towards a healthier and happier body. Every body is unique and different, and each person has their own goals and lifestyle. My method is to build a specific plan catered just for you. I create a training schedule designed to have you feeling and looking great in no time!

Amanda Stubbits

Amanda first got into fitness back in 2013 while working the front desk at LA Fitness. She wasn’t training anyone yet, but being around that environment lit the fire for exercise and helping people feel better.

That pushed her to earn her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from Shippensburg University in 2018.

Right now, Amanda works as an Exercise Physiologist in a cardiac stress lab, helping run stress tests for patients. Seeing people at all different stages of health has only made her more driven to help others get stronger and improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, she spends time with her dog, cheers on the Eagles and Phillies, and loves getting out on the golf course.

Her passion for fitness keeps growing, and we’re pumped to have her bring that experience and energy to our clients.
